Have fun mounting A) using a smaller turbo than you want because you want to sacrafice for A/C or B) mounting your turbo ****-assed so you can use it with your A/C.. again, it's up to you. Have fun. I live in Kansas City, not a high demand for A/C.. To each his own.

No the header and downpipe leave more than enough room ot have dinner in. In florida stop and no go traffic 150 in car heat only morons would go windows down cause yo *** aint movin at 5 in tampa. And if you do its no more than 10. Not to be mean to you but You can turn ac off if ya gots to go fast.

Well, I weighed all of my A/C components when Itook them out and it was about 37lbs. That's nothing to shake a stick at.
With D series motors, every pound counts.
