i thought they ran cool when they ran lean? you know, less fuel to burn = less flame amount

The skirts on my ---- were alls cored so i sanded em with 1billion grit and turned up the boost. 2 years later no issues.

My machinist told me not to buff or sand because that just removes material and makes clearances more loosebutt and that the grooves won't damage the walls.
