My turboXS RFL is Alum so i just drilled a big ass hole in the charge pipe, stuck that ------- BOV in the pipe, and did a NICE ass JB weld Job, then painted the pipe and the jb weld, Looks nice oh yea and by the way, i have a 90 degree turboXS bov adpater elbow incause u want it, let me know i bought it but never used it, ur bov will snap right on to it

ok nice...so JBweld is the way to go for anodized aluminum? What kind of paint did you use to color your charge pipe? Thanks

JB weld or get a steel flange welded in to bolt it to.

I used this rusto hammard ----, looks really nice on charge pipes,

I have an RFL i picked up for 20 bucks and no flange for it or adaptor or anything. So i went to home depot and got a brass 1 1/4 piece that fit ------ PERFECT into the bov then used a grinder and made the bottom rounded so it would sit the chage pipe perfect.. then i through some jb on there... ---- abrasing :-*
