Like jeff said,what kind of BOV?The only BOV i have had with multiple vacuum ports was a APEXI. There was two near the flange and one on top. Post pics or something. Most BOV's have only 1 vacuum port but i must assume yours has more than one or else you are really in trouble.

So you're saying hook it up to the oil pan? Oil does have to recirculate...
