take off the BOV and connect a Vaccum hose to i, and chek if it opens at idle.
I had the same problem, it didnt open, took out 1 spring and it still didnt open.

so I opend the the BOV and realised that the rubber had a cut in it. so it was leaking vaccum. i put some windowkit on the cut, and now its opening normal.

your ------- point? you're the douchecock that doesnt realize that a SSQV flutters on low boost. its not surge dipshit. both mine and a friends do the same thing at 7psi or less. quit being a ----- and turn up the boost.

DSM 1g, Greddy Type S, properly adjusted RFL, etc.

if it does open, the BOV is working like it should.
if it is not opening, its not 100% if you just give the valve it a little push, it probably will open. Just the same as you have(low) 3 psi boost, it will open. ttill 2,999999 psi boost it will stay closed, and causing fh fh fh fh futter sound.

ssqv are pull type. cant push it unless you disassemble it
