My cousins wastegate did that right after we put his kit on. His HKS BOV also flutters. It goes Fl.l.l..l.l.l.l.l..shhhhh

 

i think that guy was incorrect about the sound. i think that was a BOV and not a wastegate. but i could be wrong. it wouldnt be the 1st time

 

I'm putting an E-bay knock-off DD on my car, I can try and remember to get a sound clip if I'm not too busy driving it.
