no its a flutter im gonna try to find a video....umm and by the way this is a quesiton for any BOV really....if i get a universal rather than one for my specific car does that mean i have to "set" it myself ?

here are some comparison on BOV's and the fluttering one is what im talking about...and thats the one i want and well that video kinda answered my question aswell being it lists the BOV is being used at the time :1

is this when your in boost, or just driving around town? i have the greddy knockoff and it makes this gay *** whistle when im driving around town, but once im in boost say 7psi it blows off all at once. if thats not what it is then i would say you may want to adjust the bolt on top of the bov
