im planning on getting a blow off valve but im not sure on what i need / want every 1 on here seems to like the tial but there so expensive.im more into function over soound.but the cheapest most reliable one is what im looking for thanks

Yeah, I vote DSM. Go for the first gen ones though, they are a little better.

I got mine for $25 shipped on eBay, just look for an auction ending at an odd hour of the day.

like everything else, depends on budget.

aftermarket if you got the bucks and 1G DSM if you're on a budget. It looks nice, sounds nice, and is priced quite nicely. Don't pay more than $50 for one, even if it is polished.

can you use 1 from a junkyard ? i like the hks ssq they sod sick but are way out of my budget i got like 200$ to spend

---- you could deff find an hks ssq or under 200. i've seen plenty across the boards, ebay etc that were under 200.. just keep looking you'll find it

I had a 1G bov for a while. It sounded not too shabby at 6psi. I got sick of it though and switched to a greddy type s. I'm a ricer and wanted something louder.

yea im like like the only tricked out volvo area and im setting it up for drift but plan to take it street racing somtimes.so i need a reliable turbo system.i dont have 200 any more i cracked my turbo so its whatever i have left over now i was wondering i have a cracked t3 off my volvo could i bolt that directly onto my crx HF? just wondering

oh and what about turbo XS,APEXi, or generic BOV's are they worth taking a look at
