Bout to turbo a B18A1.. got some questions???
alright im finally bout to turbo my b18a1, g2 integra. im gonna run stock internals with 70,000 on the motor. i was probably thinkin bout a 14b tdo5h turbo, or t25 2g DSM, what turbo and manifold should i go for. Im more worried about the turbo fitting on the manifold than anything.

get a t3, they are very easy to find and to find flanges for, and manifolds for. also there are so many different trims, you can upgrade easily without having to get a new manifold

what exactly is a log manifold. Ifound some pretty sweet ones on ebay. oh yeah, i hear that u have to cut into the block or some ---- for a drag or revhard manifold to work. Know anything about that

As far as grinding into the motor, There is like a little "tang" right near the transmission that needs to be grinded off and really that should be all. And yeah definatly go with a T3, so easy to find ---- for.

Log manifolds are a simple design,

This is a B-series w/ a DSM flange, they are cheap & easy to make.
Finding a manifold with a B-series head flange and DSM outlet flange will be tough to find. That is why everyone is recommending going with a T3. They are by far the most universal turbo around.
