You get 58mm because you are not measuring accross the wheel. doing so is difficult since there's 7 blades rather than 8.
THe actual measurement of this wheel is 59.03mm so yes, it's a 60-1,

A t61 has a 60.96 mm inducer and is made only by turbonetics and that'S a garrett housing.

turbine is P trim. it sucks because it's obsolete ON CENTER configuration.

THat's still a nice 600hp turbo. equivalent to a gt3582R. I ran the same on my h22 and wow....

 

that's a decent turbo, I would stil run it if I was you.
