Boosted DA b18*updated w/pics*
Ok heres my setup:
stock b18 daily driver
cast manifold
turbonetics evolution wastegate
greddy type s bov
bead rolled intercooler piping polished
tbolt clamps
t3/t4 super h stage 2 .63
bar & plate front mount
-3an stainless oil line kit
1-5/8 oil return
chipped pr4 currently running uber
resistor box and 450s on their way
What do you think of it and how much power should I expect on a good tune if reliability is a factor?

Re: Boosted DA b18?
I don't know if telling us you have t-bolt clamps is necessary :P
BUT, it will really depend on the tune (as you say), so with a good tune it will be reliable, granted you're not really pushing the boost to unsafe levels.
As far as power goes... depends on the tune and how much boost. From similar setups, I've seen 8 psi on a stock b18 make about 225-250, but who knows... yours could suck *****

The last LS I tuned is sitting around 265-270whp at 12psi.

I don't think so. It's a matter of how efficiently the head will be able to take and and get rid of the air. The stock non-vtec b18b (like I have too) has to get a lot of air before you get up to the 300 hp mark. In this case, it doesn't seem to be an issue with the turbo.
