That question will have many anwsers depending on who you ask. Some really like him, while there are others that don't. I will say its about 50/50.

The people who don't like him are 95% the people who send him twenty five year old quarter million mile turbos that have already been rebuilt twice for a third rebuild, and then get upset when ---- isn't perfect for $0.59 cents. They spin 150K rpms, anyone who thinks that ----'s going to last forever and just needs a $60 set of bearings to be "new" again is a retard. I think he gets himself in the middle of a few situations by agreeing to work on worn out crap like that, but I don't know anyone he hasn't taken care of if they kept a civil tongue in their head when speaking to him. You want to save a buck, that's the game you play and if you don't like it buy a new turbo or don't send him the first piece of trash you find in the junkyard or get one broken off in you over on eBay. Notice all the OGs who've had a bunch of projects that turned out *right* cut a lot of corners but always bought a NIB turbo. Hint hint.

He also gets bagged on for shipping times, but when things go across the canadian border and customs decides to detain the package for 7 busness days it's not his fault, and hearing complaints about that is ridiculous.

Guillame will hook you up, just express your desire for quality and realise that if you don't like the price it's usually cheaper than you'll find it anywhere else. He's the first person I'd send a worn out Garrett GT-series to as he cuts the best deals I know of on OEM replacements, and I'd buy a new turbo from him if I were in the market for one.

I think he dosen even have new turbos, he sells rebuild ones. I paid for mine GT32 $550, I could of buy one for $600 brand new... and shipping way too long like 2 month, so good luck
