I bought my boost gauge but i'm sure where to plug it to have a good sense of boost??

i pull the vac line outa my intake manifold that runs to the throttle ease spring, since i pulled the spring anyway, and just pushed it about 4" into there and sealed around it. works well for me.

 

There are plenty of vac lines located on the Intake Manifold. Just Tee off one of them. I Tee'd mine off one located right under the "PGFI" label. One runs right above the throttle spring, and there's another to the right of that one that will work too.

 

ok and what do you about to weld a fitting on the piping just befor the intake?

no you dont weld a fitting in, just tap into your intake manifold somewhere.. off you fuel pressure reg/pcv sys/ fast idle controller.

people make things so much harder than it really is..
