Default boost and B20Vtec

what's up guy's. my name is cody and i drive a 90 CRX hf.
i just built my motor about 2 or 3 months ago, its a B20Vtec

bone stock bottom end
head has been milled
GSR cams (B17 1st gen GSR)
FULL MSD ignigion
boost timing master
boost retard switch
turbonetics t3
deltagate wastegate mark2
gretty type rs knock off blow off valve
stainless turbo manifold
non intercooled
intake manifold has been port matched to the intake gasket
and it has been bored out for a 70mm tb.
i have 2.25 inch
2.25 inch down pipe
sfc-Vtec contoller boxer series 450.00 retail (bad piece of equipment here)
STOCK LS computer


so i have a question here....
1) how much boost can i put down with a stock set up like this? ...... WITH OUT HURTING MY MOTOR ALOT.....

and just 1 statement.....
2) all the guy's with a similer set up to mine please all info would be greatful!!

oh one more little detail of the motor i forgot to add......

i have accell 350 cc injectors

1) get an intercooler on that bitch
2) get a chipped ecu and run like 8-10psi

350cc injectors are to small. 450s are the SMALLEST upgraded injector you should use.

the sleeves are only to thin if your tuner sucks *****. detonation kills motors, not psi.

i was only planning on running 5 to 8 pounds of boost..... im not a wanting MASSIVE setup...

i have a buddy im going to have tune my car for me. he is a ASE MASTER tech he tuned his home made turbo setup with a t25 at 12 pounds of boost and the thing was a monster for a semi built d16z6
