try heating them up with a torch

 

Heat, pb blaster, box end wrench with a hammer.

 

torch, pb blaster, vice and a small sledge should do the trick....

Your English is very poor, so let me try to understand you. All of the bolts have been removed, however the section will not rotate, or the compressor/exhaust housings will not rotate, correct? If that's the case, just hit them with a rubber mallet or something of that nature.

 

the bolts are free
and now i need to pull the exhaust housing
and it dosent pull out how to take it out
