Default blown turbo?

well.. I finished my turbo build today, and I found out my turbo smokes pretty bad after 4k rpm, so I was wondering if you guys think I should rebuild or pick up a hy35 instead. on a better note, the car pulls hard as ----.

I thought it might be the -4 AN feed so I made a restrictor about the size of a -3 AN line (maybe a little smaller), which didn't seem to help

I've got my entire PCV system removed and plugged, with no ventilation really.. could that be the problem? maybe the oil pan is seeing too much pressure and the turbo is getting backed up with oil?
