Um....use it with a vacuum line?

I don't get what you're asking.

I only hooked up the upper nipple for vac and just left the lower smaller one alone. The other one is supposed to open up the bov quicker but doesn't work real well so I just left it. The screw on top is to tighten and stiffen the spring. You just need to adjust it to a point where it'll open up but not leak boost. For me it wouldn't open up at 7 lbs so I took out the smaller spring out. There are two inside intertwined.
