That would be CRAZY if it was!!! No, sorry my T04B was, but this one is 4-bolt external. Internal wastegate is sooo 90s anyway...upgrade.

If you watch ebay, you can find some decent ones. I scored a volvo 50trim T3 that was in great condition (had a Garrett rebuild tag on it) for $100 shipped. It leaks zero oil, shaft/end play w/in Garrett specs, makes decent power.

Unfortunately, all the junk yards in my area are small, domestic-orientated, and all are extremely expensive. All of them are networked and probably owned by jew bastards. They're the type of people who don't see junk, the only see $$$$.
