Default Black PVC Charge Piping.

I have done some research and i've seen some cars running this stuff, Apparently in some cases its better than metal or aluminum, Keeps the charge temp down as well, Today I priced out some 2" ID piping, Pretty cheap too, maybe $20 total with 4 90* elbows, it would be perfect, no pressure loss, the turbo outlet is not even 2", the points where the piping comes together can be made flush for a smooth flow.

Let me know what you all think.

Hmm, I was thinking 3", but it looks way too big, there will be too much pressure loss.

The 2" looks like it would do the job really well.

i would go with 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 for the charge pipes. and ditch the PVC and get some real metal

try the pvc and see what happens, but I would use metal on pipe going to the intercooler and pvc to the TB, use 2.5 size

Ok guys, I did the research, PVC is less likely to pick up engine bay heat, It is thicker, it wont rust, easier to seal, and keeps charge temps down.

The pipe from the turbo to the intercooler will be metal, from that i'll have the PVC, I wanna try it out, I heard good things from people that run it, Some prefer it over metal.
