d16y8 / srp 9.1:1 pistons / eagle rods / block postings etc

I'm aiming to go with a t3 /t4 b .48/.60 v-trim but im worried that the lag time is going to suck massive.

Aim is 300-325whp. @ 15-18psi

so here is the zex page, im thinking the 105300 cam.

Is this going to help me spool time at all or will it kill me?

Your a puss eh, dont fret over the spool time of a ------- .48/.60 on a built motor, it isnt ----

Im not even worried about spooling my SC61 on a d16a6

But ya that cam isnt great, take a peek at the delta 272 and 262

 

Why not Crower turbo cam

 

its great for boost. i ran one (59300) on my y7/z6 mini. 14B @10psi. it ------- ripped.

 

I have one of the jdm d15b vtec cams, they're comparable to a zex 53900, pretty nice cam, motor had better low end than any of my z6's did.

 

maybe you should be looking into a new set of pistons
