best BOV location? can i use my stock hoses?

yes you can use your stock intake rubber hose, it will be just fine..

Lots of people put their BOV's 1-2 feet from the intake pipe, It really doesnt matter that much, I've seen setups with bov's welded right onto the intercooler, and some right on the compressor of the turbo.

My understanding is that on the turbo side of the inter cooler is best.. Reason being the air has more pressure there and will vent faster. Keeping the turbo spooled a little faster. I think it would be hard to find any real performance increase with any mounting location. Heck the rally cars are setup to keep a few psi in the tube when shifting and braking.

Im just going by what I read in sport compact car when they were testing the bov.. I really don't know.. Why would they not have a bov?
