Default Bent turbo Shaft?

I've got everything together for my hmt setup, but the other week i tried to rotate my centre section which was very stuck (subaru TDO4L from imprezza). I took everything off/ apart but it was just stuck. After hammering the centre and exhaust housing the fins now contact the inside of the exhaust housing, is the shaft bent?
If i was to replace the turbo im thinking about going bigger, but i want to use the same oil line kit (38mm) and adapter plate (HF to subaru 3 bolt) that i ordered from the states, is there a unit which i can use my hardware with, but is bigger? (otherwise il just buy the same turbo again. )
Thanks for all the help so far by the way, HMT RULES!!
