ok dude, im gona help you out, IC kits come with U-bends (yes, that was a nice deduction, they are bent in the shape of a U) Some U bends have a shorter radius' (yes, this means they have a tighter bend) then others. If you can't make the turn with this bend, then you either need to cut and weld the pipe, or go to something flexible(rubber, like Rad hose ok?)
When you get a 'pipe bender' it can only bend the pipe a certain amount, after that it kinks its (it already crushes it while its bending it anyway) so you can't even bend it as much as U bends are (they are bent with a 30k machine, or formed in a U)
