Ok... I've got all the plumbing done. I'm just still looking for a cheap 2.5 inch header flange (3-bolt) for the turbo - exit. ANYONE???? I'll pay!!! If you have one you just cut off I'll take it.
Anywho... I should be shot for walking into pepboyz today and spending $75 on 4 GM weather pack connectors. Because they just don't sell the whole thing... They are sold in pieces...3.99 each. FUCKERS! But It was ness. to get them so I can finish this bastard already. Just a few more connectors and it's on to config. Which should be a cake walk now that I've read the entire megamanuel about 4 times cover to cover. Just a few things to do when wiring (VR sensor - polarity) That must be done while trying to start it up for the first time. Other than that I have a big whole to drill and tap tomorrow night at work into the head. For the coolant sensor. I'll have some video posted soon on you tube. Later guys ~ Bansheeboy420

Here is some pics I took a couple dayz ago of all the wiring pigtails done and most of the fuel stuff done....(still looking for a small enough hand to fit inside of my tank to get at the bulkhead fitting) I'm still waiting on the elec. box. to mount the mega and reg, rect., backup battery, relays.

Also I have a pic of the bike with all the plastics on. To my surprise, everything fits around the intercooler and tubing!

Realistically.... I think I'll be tuning by sat morning. I got all my ---- to finish... elec. box, muffler, another timing plate (cast one broke in my hand, so I got a billet one), and my new dell... which I'm on right now. I just got done loading my code into the mega. Tomorrow I'll config and fri after I wake up(I work nights) I'll be finishing the rest of the odds and ends... i.e. turbo oil lines/fuel lines. My dad will be finishing CNC'ing my oil pump this weekend i hope. Not that I'll be hitting boost until I have a reasonable tune down. But I'll be taking the bike over to my brothers shop and putting on the dyno for the wot tuning. www.baldturbofreak.com ..... go check out the dyno/CNC!! And watch the video's of the 1500hp Twin gt-42 406 ls-1 we just got done building. That car is the grim-reaper!!!

STAY TUNED!!!! I'll be putting up video's of the first start-up and dyno runs(later)....

Your going to need a little more than a GT17 to hit those speeds...
