XTD clutches are ----. The only reason the xtd stage 3 grip ok is because it's a 6 puck. But I can't imagine how bad the stage 1 would be. I had use the stage 2 before and it was slipping like crap. At that time my setup is probably no more than 180whp on my boost d16.

chris, the stage 1 clutch had a wider surface area and shorter thicker springs, it clearly wasnt a stock one with a spray painted pressure plate! It wasnt even spray painted!

Well either way it sounds like a total piece of ---- and for 50 bucks Im surprised you even expected more than it moving out of the driveway. ACT or clutches from LSD work. They take rev limiter drops high off oc on slicks without a touch of slipping
