Does anyone have any links on Turbocharging a B18A1 or any B-series motors. Also links that show what mainfolds are used. One more thing is it pretty close to the same setups as the D-series motors? Thanks for any help, laters.

 

you cant use any manifolds that are ment for a D-series they just wont work. search ebay for "b18 manifold" there is a guy that sells OBX manifolds for like 200bucks...

 

i never said and/or asked if a D-series mainfold will fit on a B-series motor, i just wanted some links on cars that people have made home made turbo'd B-series motors.

 

sorry i read it wrong i thought you where asking if the D and B series where simular (i think). the setups are all the same, you need all the same parts, you need a bigger turbo and differnt manifold/downpipe for the B...

anyway i will be doing a B18A1 turbo set pretty soon hopefully and i will post it as i go

 

yeah im turbocharging my b18a1 in my integra. it will be done in less than a lonth, im using a turbo from a saab 9000, .48 or something like that, they let off power at about 6,500 rpm, wich is good cuz thats prolly where you will be shifting anyways.im also using a logged manifold off ebay, an smc, dsm 450cc injectors and a eclipse side mount intercooler. i want to run 10 psi all day, i should have pics up whaen im done
