Aight I am doing the b18a install right now and I am piecing together the turbo kit now. I am planning on running 12lbs of boost when I wanna get up and go and around 6lbs when just crusing. I want to do the setup for 12lbs. I know when I run it at 6lbs I will have major lag. Also down the road I am planning on (if I dont do it before I finsh this install) to sleeve the block and do some more upgrades like pistons and such.

What I wanna know now would a t3/t4 turbo put me in the 60% on the turbos com map at 12 psi. Thanks

I am planning on using 550 injectors and getting a s-afc with a hack.

u want 6psi for daily driving and 12psi for track/drag?

u will need some sort of boost controller be it electronic or manual.

if its an electronic controller you will need to get an external waste gate or one that is actuated by pressure from a vac line from the compressor and not an arm.

 

Sorry should of made this more clear. I am going with a boost controller. I am going with the s-afc and the map hack. I want a external waste gate. But I want the boost that I am currently wanting to run to hit about 60-70% on the turbos map. Cuz I am planning on upgrading it either before I do all this or after I get some more cash.
