earl's do oil lines and fittings too, they're in sydney if that suits you.
you could always try russell fittings. they're distributed by rocket industries (www.rocketind.com) apparently available at autobarn.

hmmm... so one person screwed you over and now you wont buy from a county? sounds kinda retarded to me, but hey, whatever. mayeb it happend more than once to you. ive been screwed over a few times myself as i think we all have.

screwed over 100 bucks, and many friends have had bad experiences. Ill wait till the exchange rate improves a tad before I go blowing away money again.
