arch welder

can i use an arch welder to weld my charge pipes??..im using ss pipes..or should i get a mig?

i d/k 100% but ive never seen anyone use and arch at the muffler shop. if u already have an arch welder just take a couple of scrap pieces and test it out. but if u are looking to buy a welder ,

i would by a mig
