now my car wont start, has spark and is getting fuel can't think of what could be going on

Crossed wires in the engine bay? Is the engine a new swap? I had purge solenoid, iat, and iacv crossed. And it roasted the iat and probably the iacv, threw a cel, and ran like ---- but ran. Crossed wires will burn ---- on the ecu.

Did you try pulling the J1 jumper to bypass the chip? That way at least you'll know whether or not its your basemap/chipping job.

messed with distributor, retarted and set at stock, still car wont start
just got the manual for my car so ill be checking everything else tomarrow
