yeah ive welded cast to mild just like jagojons setup there and it hasnt cracked etc...

i am another who was told not to weld mildsteel to cast but i did anyway. lasted over a year

AHHAAA i said ---- it when i got ripped off on my t3 to hf manifold adapter plate and welded my ported t3 housing straight to my hf manifold seems to be holding good so far

cool, this is alll i really wanted to know. So a regular mig welder will do just fine when welding these to things together.

So a regular mig welder would work fine? Im not looking for looks here were just looking for it to hold. O and what can i use to make the o2 sensor hole bigger??? Thanks!
