has any one done this? with battery in factory location? im trying to find a way to keep ac but it just doesnt look like it can happen with the very small amount of space the ED has up front.

Can it be done? Sure, why not. Are you willing to pay or put in the effort to make it happen, thats the question. I own a crx si which had AC and I ripped it out and put in a half radiator so I'd have plenty of room for turbo/intercooler/piping. Just easyer that way.

It can definately be done, The few good things you have going for you... now they have half radiators for crx's, We (lsdmotorsports.com) special make the manifolds to allow you to keep AC. You can also relocate the battery to the back with ease. But if you want to keep it up from you can just go over it with the charge piping.

i dont want to relocate the battery so i can run at the tracks....and not have to worry about an external switch. i can find manifolds that adapt to AC i just dont want to pay 550 or more for it!

If you dont wanna do work your gonna pay. Moving your battery to the trunk and an external shutoff switch isnt hard or expensive. And who needs AC anyways. Unless you are a girl. Or you live in a desert. Or you need power steering.
