me and my boy were about to do his 01 vr6 gti, but he decided not to, i learned a lot on www.vwvortex.com and some other site that i can't remember the name of, but there's a lot of info and links to other sites on vortex. good luck.

a vr6 with about 8-9 lbs of boost makes about 300 whp

 

all i know is that www.eiptuning.com has alot of stuff for boosting any VW. my buddy was going to boost his 97 jetta with the 2.0 8 valve and bought some stuff from them. he sold it all on ebay and went with a 75 shot...

 

ya my buddy is doing one right now on his '95(i think). he is running a fuel reg with a t4. johnny racecar intercooler and greddy bov. all pieced together. he made his manifold, chargepipes, and downpipe. to tell you the truth, it's real ghetto style!!! he should be finishing up when we get out of school for the summer. check out his website for lots of picks.
