one of my friends has the first kit.. works pretty good on 6lbs. We once bumped it up to 10lbs, and broke the downpipe in 2. The manifold has cracked once, but he didn't have it braced. And when we first got the turbo, we had to send off to replace seals, cause it was blowing oil. (but I think he mighta dropped the bitch on accident) So I dunno.

unless you are a good shopper, , but yeah, when buying new, that rule of thumb is very true.
