Default any help will be greatfull!!

Start with my setup:
Civic 95 5spd
Z6 block 8.5:1 pistons
ported and polished y8 head
garret t25 at 14psi
450 cc msd injectors
vafc II hack
p28 ecu ---> hondata chip for turbo
Camgear retard at 2.5 = 5 at Crank
Distributor set at 10 BTDC
Fuel Rail at 38 psi
intercooler 8x20x2.5
Vortech bov
MSD 6AL complete + ss coil + spark plug cords 8.5 mm
oil catch can
external fuel pump 255lph
Gauges (boost, oil press, a/f)

I know about not to ask about settings, but where i live i havent access to a Dyno, My register address is from my sister on Miami Fl. but i live in Honduras, Central America... YES!! we are a little behind on progress haha. but anyways im building my car with limitations like a good tunning on dyno but with a lot of help from you guys and reading on internet or magazines like Honda tunning etc.
So.. here is my question ans please dont tell me "TAKE IT TO THE DYNO" cause i cant put my car on a boat and take to USA.
Im using on my above setup normal spark plugs, i already bought a Denso Iridium IK22 wich gap i need to for those? and i tuned myself the car with a wide band o2 sensor (lambda) is runnig in well air fuel ratio (little rich) better than stoich, but sometimes i heard like spark sound or detonations on the muffle when i left the pedal or when im running like example on 5th gear on a downway w/o aceleration after run (not always) Why you think can cause this? timming? gas octane? or what?
any help or coment will be graetful, please understand, im trying to set my car like i said with limitations on tunnig, but anyways thanks.

don't run the iridium spark plugs. just run stock ngk plugs gapped to .030. the popping noise you hear after you lift your foot off the gas is backfire, which means since you're running rich some fuel maybe left in your exhaust gasses and the heat ignites it causing a popping noise. detonation doesn't happen when you take your foot off the gas pedal, it happens when you're accelerating and it sounds like small rocks being shaked in a can. from your description it doesn't sound like your car is detonating. hope this helps.

that makes me feel better about detonation, but what about colder plugs? they said its better to release hot from the chambers, thats why i bought this 2 step colder?

AFC hack and "chip for turbo" are mutually exclusive.

Hondata doesn't provide chips. They will lay a socket in your ECU for use with one of their standalone setups, though.

You need to do a bit of reading in the Engine Management forum about air-fuel ratios and ignition timing. You are walking on thin ice! Read now, boost later, I'm very serious.

Also, I'd sell off that MSD stuff as it's useless on a Honduh until you're pushing 400+ whp... and then you just upgrade the coil. Buy some ECU tuning gear, if you feel up to it, selling the MSD box should finance all the parts you'll need.

edit: I agree, get rid of the Iridium plugs. You can run stock units, but I suggest getting NGKs a step colder than stock.

It it's the T28 the Nismo boys run on the GTi-R SR20DET, it maxxes out on those engines (very small ports, remind me of Isuzu RS/Storm ports) at 17-19 psi, approx 300 whp.

There are T28s, and there are T28s.
