Any 85 Grand National owners here?....
A Friend of mine has recently acquired an 85 Buick Grand National.
We are currently looking for ways to install an air/air fmic, before upping the boost
. We are trying to avoid purchasing all of the 86-87 components, actually we would like to keep the parts count to a minimum. So far it looks like re-clocking the compessor housing seems to be promising, but we'll see.........
If anyone here has accompolished this or has any links to what may seem like a solution, your help would be greatly appreciated.

just take off the front bumper, mount the intercooler and mock up the charge pipes with duct tape. cut the mandrel bent tubing to whatever size is needed and stick it together with the tape so you can weld it later. 2 1/2" id mandrel bent aluminized tubing should work good.
dam. i didnt every really like the body style of these cars, but that green one is sexy.
do ---- the old fasion way:
go to the book stores and look through magazines and ----. this is how I learn about other cars/trucks/ and whatever else interests me at that time.

I love the GM family of G body cars.. well the A body cars were also cool.. I still hate my brother for wrecking his '82 monte back in highschool.. after I spent all that time replacing the head gaskets too
