The best 1/4 times I've seen so far are low 14's-13.9x naturally asp. and 12.9-12.7x-- from the times you've posted. These pigs are hard to launch for good 1/8 times. The last 1/8 is where they pick it up. If your guy can get better than 12.7 I'll be very excited to hear it. The axles and gears don't last long trying to rip a good 1/4. There are options coming down the line but like Tim said they are very expensive.

My friend has a clean SHO that he wants to sell me for $2500. New paint, TSW wheels, and corvette brakes all around. I was thinking it be just a good family car for the price with a little *****. Now you've got me thinking more. lol. My crx aint even finished yet. :P
