bov is removed,
I have a straight pipe to the IM,

we can put are hands over the inlet of the turbo & the car dies..

I just took it for a drive & boosted 2psi & still have the bov sound,
I also have a new sound that just popped up,
sort of a hollow air sound,(I believe coming from the WG)

I will now block off the WG,again
btw,the WG has been disconnected the whole time.

or actually,I might take the WG (top) off to see whats inside...

 

probably a dirty mexican not doing his job like he is sapposed to

 

I took the top of the WG off,
theres a spring with some yellow on it (yellow spring)

the diaphram thing (orange) has no cracks....

 

I was gonna laugh if you pulled apart the wastegate and there was no spring.

 

I put the WG back together,
started the car,
I ended up putting my fingers up inside the dumptube & felt quiet a bit of air coming out....

blocking off or taking off the WG will be my next routine...with the bov still off

 

do you have the ring in there ?? like ososlo said with out that ring your fucked

 

I dont think I paid attention when I installed it on,
but I gotat stop & buy a thin socket to get to the bolt holding on the WG,
or I can take my radiator out to get to the bolt,
I'll do this tomorrow & that should be my last resort

you shouldnt feel air from around the waste gate if you have the firing ring installed properly

 

You have a seriously good attitude, and you're willing to put in the work required to learn.

You need to build many, many more cars pls.
