If you're only upto 1psi there is something wrong, you have a major leak or your wastegate is being held open.

well if you have a bad bov or a boost leak it wont matter if you put the vaccum for the boost gauge on the intake manifold or on the charge side of the turbo becouse if its not pressureized any where from the charge side all the way to the im if there is a leak the turbo's boost or pressure is leaving from that spot, i'd be careful cause i bet your working that turbo super hard with no wastegate, and you prolly have a leak somewhere so your turbo is actually spooling like its pushing 15 but only reading 1-3 psi cause its leaking out somewhere along the line, you need to make a boost leak tester http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread/158784 then report back after that.

no fuel managment

5-6psi on a d15 with a fmu/btm is not that bad idiot

ososlohatch : I didnt know that it didnt matter if I was to hook up the boost gauge to the turbo or the IM,(if theres a big leak)
I believe its the bov thats leaking,
I bought it off of here from someone....

they probably know if it was leaking or not,
& by the price I got it for I would say that it was,30$ shipped

but I'm either going to tape off the bov tomorrow or just replace it with a pipe..
ease off the pedal a bit or just feel the pleasure of surge

Cliff notes: Poor choice of manifold. Awesome job on the downpipe. RandySOHC doesn't look very evolved, and he doesn't listen to Stealthmode or else he'd know he should be rocking a basemap.
