Am I retard? How do I retard?
Hey,
I just stayed even with a gsr, and I have a sohc vtec motor, and it's the piece of ---- vx with a baby T25 turbo. Anyways, she's running kinda shitty after I really get onto her for a while, I am wondering how I retard the timing inside the dizzy as you all like to call it, anyways, it doesn't say anything about this in the honda book I have for my car. Can you guys help my retarded car, and my retard *** as well? Thanks all of you guys who have already retarded!

Search for the answer. I have answered this question at least 5 times this month. I'll do it again just to help you.
First, find the "jumper" connector under the dash above the ecu. Jump the two together and start the car. Let it warm up to full operating temperature(until the fan kicks on). Then loosen the distributor. Three 12mm bolts holding it on. Don't remove them, just loosen. Hook up your timing light if you have one. Turn the distributor clockwise to retard and counter clockwise to advance. When you get to the desired timing, tighten the distributor and turn the car off and remove the jumper from the connector.

It is so the ecu will remember the timing you set it at. Some people say you don't need to do it, but the factory says to and so does Hondata.
