i use 1500 ceramic silver paint on mines from pep boys holds on there good, been there for 2 1/2 weeks but today in the morning i finally saw a chip on the paint, so its not bad guess i just gotta respray it every month or so at least until i can find a dammm heat shield. btw if anyone got a heat shielf for the hf manifold p.m me with a price

hey did you read my post? that's the same exact paint i used. got it at jcwhitney for $24. a quart or pint i have to go look at the can. works great on the manifold, only a few chips on the turbo exhaust side. stainless steel color

 

how long have u had it on do u think the brushing technique or the aerosol is better

did u follow the directions and sandblast before hand or just spray it on a dirt manifold? did u use the laqueor thinner before spraying??

acording to the directions on this paint it says u shouldnt thin it out at all
