Alternative Turbo Timer

Re:Alternative Turbo Timer
I replaced my a/c condensor with the huge transmission cooler from Advance Auto, and I ran my oil out of the engine through the cooler into the turbo.I mounted the cooler in front of the ac fan-I have no A/c, so it worked.
I then wired a relay to my radiator fan so it would kick on the ac fan when the motor got a little warm-cools the engine in two ways. Then I used a six inch piece of wire and connected my radiator fan relay to an always hot fuse.
My car takes about 20 seconds of idling to cool-off. Plus, the fans will stay on until the engine gets back to operating temp, even with the key out.
I just threw this in because it's quick, it works, and it costs less than a capacitor.
$6 automobile relay at Radio Shack
$49 RV transmission cooler at Advance
