the stock fuel pump WILL crap out.
also do you have a wideband and what fuel management are you using? maybe your timing falls off way too much; that will kill power.
and i dont think your motor will outbreath a t3 turbo.
dodge put .42/.48 t3's on their 2.2/2.5l engines that can make over 300hp with the stock turbo. it moves a lot more aire than even a b-series.

Beau
but im sure with a puny d16 and a t25 the stock pump should be fine for a while

HERES THE UPDATE:
Went and got a short dump tube welded on that goes past the filter and vents to atmosphere under the crank pully. Drove the car out of the shop warmed it up, got on it for a freeway onramp and I got full boost and acceleration to go with it! I still need to get a hold of a wideband though and tune the fuel values because I run so rich that I stink of gas at idle and cruise, and also I can feel the motor run rough at points where I think too much fuel is being added. Can any of you with a vafc and 450's please post your settings that are working for you.
So in conclusion, it was the fact I was sucking back up my exhaust gasses when the wg opened because I didn't have a dump tube that was preventing me from going past 6k.
