almost done, some questions

so i am almost done installin my stuff. in case you dont know i have a :

T3 60/63
HKS SSQ
FMIC
P06 running uber
450's
Tial with 7lbs spring.

i need to know if i can run my turbo without blockin off the actuator hole. cuz i need to get the studs out of the turbo off before i can put on my dp flange. so what im wonderin, is if i stay out of boost can i do that or it would be too big of a boost leak huh?

and when i do get the studs out and block it off. to get oil in the turbo, what should i do? i remember see something like takin out spark plugs and just let the engine crank a few times, is that right?

sorry about the n00b questions.

You won't build any boost what so ever if you have no block off plate and I have never "primed" a turbo. I just start the engine. My car is about 85 psi of oil pressure at start, it gets there quick!

If you really want to...you can just unscrew the oil supply line, dump in a little bit of oil and put the line back on...this is what the "new turbo install manual" had me do when I got my turbo brand new...
