It seems that my problem was that the -4an feed line was actually supplying to much oil to the turbo. I bought a restrictor from stealthmode and adjusted it so that it's barely open. I pulled the spark plugs, disconnected the oil feed, and cranked it over while holding the feed line in a clear jug. I was amazed how much oil came through the line at such low rpm's.
Evidently the b20a's have somewhat higher oil pressure than many of the other honda engines which may be somewhat of a contributing factor.
I just built another manifold and installed a larger turbo. I'll let you know if the problem is evident again.

my oil pressure is like 60 psi just driving normal..lol type-r pump ftw

I had this problem on my last setup, I thought it was the head at first.

Turns out it was the turbo

It would only smoke on hard decelleration and at idle after getting fully warmed up. I swapped motors and was hoping the problem would be gone, still came back, then I changed turbos (went bigger) and bam prolem solved

I never had any leaks though that were visible, only sign I had was an oil residue in the charge pipes
