Default After market fuel pump size?

I have heard that it is a good idea to upgrade your fuel pump when doing a turbo set up. So which size of fuel pump do you guys recomend on getting.
I will be running between 6-10 psi on my D16Y8 motor with 450 DSM blue tops. On tuner toys web site they have 4 different ones to choose from.
*190 Lph low pressure
*190 Lph high pressure
*255 Lph low pressure
*255 Lph high pressure
Which size should I get and whats the difference in low and high pressure. Any help would be great, thanks.
