Default adjust boost?

i have a t25 turbo. the wastegate actuator has the nut on the actuator arm, so do i just loosen or tighten that do adjust the spring, or is there another way, at first i want to run around 6 psi, i want my motor to be on safe boost for a while, its stock internals so as safe as possible. if anyone knows an easy safe way to do so, reply thanks.

Default Re: adjust boost?

You could just get a different actuator with a lower boost setting. Thats what i did.
Some Chrysler ones are set at 5.5psi. Then just get a mbc when you want to raise boost.
