Adapter plate bolt question??

Default Adapter plate bolt question??

i'm trying to use a countersunk plate with the cap bolts into a 14b turbo. i can't find 10mm x 1.25 any ------- where!!! where do you guys get um?

It took me a while to mate the turbo and the manifold. I couldn't find any cap-head screws to fit the threads on the 14B. So I had to use a 3/8-24 tap to go over the original holes on the turbo and to match the 3/8 cap bolts I pickup from the Industrial hardware store. I then used a 25/64 bit and a 7/16-20 tap to secure the DX mani to the adapter plate.

Sears Hardware has a shitload of bolts... Way more than Home Depot and Lowes combined. Even the elusive 1.25 threaded 10mm.

sears hardware went hardware and appliance......homos. i've been there twice looking for that but they don't have it in socket cap just hex head.
