Look in the classifieds, there are plenty of suppliers of machined adapters. Or you can stop crying like a little bitch and make your own. All you need is a drill press, file, piece of mild plate, marker, bolts, some nuts, washers if your in to that sort of thing, lots of beer, band-aids, five tomatoes, duct tape, and mcguyvers phone number.
