About t3/t4 turbo...?

About t3/t4 turbo...?
I was wondering if anyone knows if you can fit a stage 1 t3 exhaust housing on to a t3/t4 turbo that originally came with a stage 3 wheel? Also what is the difference in between a stage 1,2, or 3 exhaust wheel?

lol, a "T3/T$" is a T3 exhaust housing, so yes it will fit.
